Katrina has occurred almost 3 years ago and we still haven't put any focus on rebuilding the area that were targeted by the levees being destroyed by our "Compassionate President". In this bill, Katrina victims will only be allocated 73 million dollars, while we give Iraqis refugees 300 million, Jordan's Military 100 million, and Mexico Military 50 million....I didn't even know Mexico had a damn Military. So, I guess because of my under-educated, under-valued nigga existence I didn't do the math correctly. After asking my "anything other than a nigga friend", he told me that, according to the numbers we are worth around 32 Iraqis, 12 Jordanian Soldier, and 3/4 of a Mexican Soldier.
